• Developing systems to reduce the costs of documenting green certifications such as LEED that may be charged by other members of your development team.
• Continually developing the most cost effective techniques and systems for building energy efficient and sustainable buildings.
• Developing partnerships with high quality subcontractors and consultants in the field of green construction that will add significant value to our projects.
• Testing out new green building techniques, promoting the of alternative energy like solar power, materials and products in our own developments.
• Getting involved in the entire development process with our clients from land acquisition to the sale or lease of the final product.
